We are seeking a driven and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving sales growth within the semiconductor distribution industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key clients, building strong relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets
  • Identify and qualify new leads within the semiconductor distribution industry
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable business growth
  • Generate accurate sales reports and forecasts

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the semiconductor distribution industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and develop trust with clients
  • Conversant and good written English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
