Job Description
The Inside Sales Executive will support the Management with a focus on meeting the needs of an assigned portfolio of corporate customers including:
- Assisting, following up and planning for a sales portfolio through the use of customer management tools
- Processing and monitoring of regular customer orders
- Perform systematic forecasting of usage for assigned clients / products
- Preparation of sales related documents such as contracts, quotations, etc
- Any other sales related duties as assigned by Management
The candidate should have the following:
- Maturity, ability to take constructive feedback and learn new skills
- Experience working with standard Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience with ERP system will be a plus
- Conversant and good written English and Chinese
- Team player and Frechgrade is welcome
